One thing which is common between Government of India (GoI) and feminists is their- Double Standards. Now when I say that, I mean they are absolutely not only gender biased, they are also biased when it comes to powerful people and common man. Also, they are deaf and dumb when it comes to the issues a common man is experiencing these days. Here I am trying to focus on GoI,
Feminists and AAP (Aam Aadmi Party). GoI: GoI is Gender biased. They are busy accepting the gender biased laws which are drafted by these so called feminists and National Commission for Women. GoI is least bothered about Indian Men and their families. No need of mentioning that this is strictly due to vote bank politics. No doubt 49% of votes are females and GoI is severely interested in those 49% votes to make sure they stay in Power. - See more at:
However, there is one important aspect which every political party tends to overlook.
Let me explain: Out of 49% female voters, there is almost 25% females who belongs to harassed Indian Men’s family i.e. mothers and sisters of men. These females who are being accused then arrested and then jailed will never ever vote for a party which is gender biased and accepts draconian laws like 498a, DV2005, CRPC 125 and forthcoming Marriage Law Amendment Bill (IRBM). So statistically vote bank stands as 51% Males + 25% Mothers & Sisters = 76%. Now remaining is absolute female vote bank. Any wise politician or a political party can calculate this simple mathematics. But no, they wouldn’t think and wouldn’t give a damn about Indian men. -
Feminists: They as the name suggests are absolutely gender biased and strictly believe in Misandry (Hatred towards Men). They are not only gender biased they also segregate powerful people with common man. This statement emerged due to recent case of Sunanda and Shashi Tharoor. There’s a section in IPC which deals with Dowry deaths. The section is named 304B. What this law says is:
Dowry Death:
(1) Where the death of a woman is caused by any burns or bodily injury or occurs otherwise than under normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and it is shown that soon before her death she was subjected to cruelty or harassment by her husband or any relative of her husband for, or in connection with, any demand for dowry, such death shall be called" dowry death", and such husband or relative shall be deemed to have caused her death. Explanation.- For the purposes of this sub- section," dowry" shall have the same meaning as in section 2 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (28 of 1961 ).
(2) Whoever commits dowry death shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may extend to imprisonment for life.]
There was a controversy aired recently of Shashi Tharoor having an extra marital affair which was disturbing their matrimonial life. Now, if we see Sunanda’s death, it is an unnatural death, it is otherwise than normal circumstances and also within seven years of marriage. In my opinion it is a dowry death as it matches each and every aspect of section 340(b), still Shashi has not been booked and arrested under section 340(b) of IPC.
I would like to raise a question to NCW and Feminists, where are they now, why they are not demanding arrest of Shashi Tharoor? Why aren't they demanding life imprisonment for Shashi. Had it been a common man the entire family would have been behind the bars by now.
Why this discrimination? Because Shashi is a powerful politician and a minister in central government?AAP (Aam Aadmi Party): Delhi's newly elected “Women and Child Welfare Minister” in Delhi, Ms. Rakhi Bidhlan. She was recently spotted agitating and demanding the arrest of the entire family of a lady who was burnt alive. I with this article do condemn this act (if true). Where is she now and why isn’t she demanding Shashi’s arrest? Why these double standards? Is common man so unneeded? I would still like to give a chance to AAP. They are working towards women safety, kudos.
I also would love to see them working towards men’s issues and men’s safety. I hereby demand Men’s Welfare Ministry and unbiased gender laws across the country.
I would give up on AAP also, the day I see them not working for the welfare of Indian Men and their families. With Men's Right Movement, I still feel there is small ray of hope. I see MRAs working and fighting for the noble cause. I appreciate their efforts. I appreciate all those who are involved in ground work and in social media, spreading awareness regarding gender biased and draconian laws.
